SESSION 1 - WELCOME SESSION
This session introduces the course framework and structure. You will learn about mindfulness, meditation and heartfulness and carry out some preliminary exercises. You will receive bonus material to help you begin your journey.

SESSION 2 - ATTENTION AND THE NOW
Here you will learn more about mindfulness, attention and being aware of 'the now.' You will gain insight into how your thoughts work and how to mindfully deal with your thoughts.

SESSION 3 - AUTOMATICITY
Automatic patterns and habits are built over time. During this session we reflect on our thought and behaviour patterns. You will learn ways to be mindful to assist you to think and behave in positive ways at work and at home.

SESSION 4 - GOALS AND MULTI-TASKING
During this session we explore modern challenges to mindfulness. You will consider goal-setting and multitasking and be introduced to efficient attention switching- a mindful alternative to enhance your productivity whilst remaining calm and in control.

SESSION 5 - COMPASSION
Here you will learn to use mindfulness to be more compassionate towards others and most importantly, yourself. We will explore our inner-critic and how mindfulness can be our refuge.

SESSION 6 - COMMUNICATION
In this session we will examine how to use mindfulness as a tool to improve your communication and interpersonal skills to enhance your relationships with the adults and children in your lives.

SESSION 7 - INTEGRATING MINDFULNESS IN YOUR LIFE
As the final session in the course, we will revise the key learning points. You will reflect on your developing personal mindfulness practise, celebrate your success and set achievable goals for continuing to integrate mindfulness into all areas of your life.
